About Attica Components
Attica Components began operations in Reading, UK in 1994 as a supplier of special metal tube components and vacuum brazed assemblies to the aerospace and precision instrument sector. The Founder is Mr Jim Fife, who still manages the Company.
Attica operates today out of purpose-built premises near Witney, Oxon, to which it moved in 2001. We continue to specialise in miniature tubular components, including cutting, forming and welding them. Attica is developing its expertise in laser processing, and is a member of AILU. In Switzerland, Attica is linked with the Swiss Welding Institute .
Attica also sponsors Postgraduate Research into specialist welding applications at Cranfield University in the UK. Our quality systems have for many years been audited and assured to ISO 9001 standard.
As our expertise develops in the field of cutting, machining and joining miniature components, we look for ever more applications and processes to add to our stable.
